Nizametdinova believes that "A man is always searching for an occupation that would be akin to his spirit until he finds it; a cause that leads him through his life, provides basis for his spiritual, moral and personal development and facilitates his self-expression. Art is precisely the domain where a person has an opportunity, through artistic means, not only to express his thoughts and sensations, but also to know his inner world and his attitude to the world outside. Art helps one to learn to love, to create and to remain a person of high moral standards; it teaches kindness and creation to those who create, as well as to those who are observers".
